Our response to COVID-19

During this unprecedented time, we want our customers to know that we’re here for you. We’re still open for business and that won’t change; however, our processes and execution have and will continue to evolve based on the ongoing developments of COVID-19.

For our customers:

• As a critical manufacturing service, we are still open for business and taking orders by phone, email and through our website.
• We’re still shipping and supplying all consumable materials and repair parts.
• Support is being provided via phone and email. We are not providing on-site support at this time due to social distancing
• We’re actively using alternative arrangements for calls and meetings to continue to support you

For the safety of our employees:

To ensure the safety of our employees and their families we’re following the below guidelines:

• We’re limiting air travel for all employees
• Restricting customers from visiting our office
• Employees are working from home when possible
• Adhering to social distancing guidelines when in the office

How we’re giving back:

We recognize the hard work, support, and dedication of healthcare workers during this challenging time. To help reduce the medical supply shortages currently being experienced, we’re manufacturing protective face shields for hospitals and retirement communities across North America.

We initially worked with a team of infectious disease specialists through an iterative design process to improve the overall safety, effectiveness, and comfort of the face shields.

We are providing the face shields at our manufacturing cost. This enables us to make them as accessible as possible to healthcare institutions and their employees.
